The units are designed with a thought of maintaining the privacy of the user and provide a barrier free movement. Balconies are transformed into green terraces so that the boundation of walls does not affect the user.

The units are designed into 3 zones, i.e., public, semi-private, and private, for privacy purposes. In search of providing a relation of senior citizen with nature & for reducing some extra efforts, garden space for each residence was idealized. Also, these terraces allow neighbours to be connected.
