"Architecture as a means to support dignity, routine, and a sustained quality of life — organized around accessibility and collective well-being."
- Senior residential campus prioritizing accessibility and intuitive circulation
- Incremental height variations distributing light, air, and open space across the site
- Communal spaces and healthcare support woven into a continuous living system
CONCEPTUAL
FRAMEWORK.
Proposed in Sigma 3, Greater Noida, the project is conceived as a residential environment for the elderly, organized around accessibility, mobility, and collective well-being. The spatial framework prioritizes ease of movement and clarity of circulation, ensuring that everyday use remains intuitive and supportive.
Built form is articulated through incremental variations in height, establishing a distinct identity while responding to the surrounding context. This variation also allows light, air, and open spaces to be distributed across the site, creating a balanced and breathable environment.
Communal areas, healthcare support, and landscaped open spaces are integrated as part of a continuous living system — encouraging interaction while maintaining independence. The project positions architecture as a means to support dignity, routine, and a sustained quality of life.
